TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL THE LEGAL STUFF

All Work Done By Posh Picnic Co. shall Be On These Terms Unless Specifically Varied In Writing And Agreed To By Both Parties Prior To The Event.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

All Of Our Picnics/events Require A Deposit Of $100 At The Time Of Booking. This Deposit Covers The Styling And Coordination Of Your Picnic And Secures Your Date And Time. The Remaining Balance Must Be Paid At Least 1 Week Prior To The Day Of Your Picnic. If Your Picnic/event Is Booked Within This Time, We Will Require Full Payment At The Time Of Booking. At This Time We Only Accept Etransfer Or Cash As Payment.

CANCELLATIONS

Leading Up Yo Your Event, We Will Keep A Close Eye On The Weather. In The Event Of Bad Weather, A Client May Reschedule A Picnic Within A 3 Month Period Of The Original Booking. We Reserve The Right To Reschedule A Picnic For Weather-related Reasons.

BOOKINGS

No Booking Will Be Held Without A Deposit Of $100

EQUIPMENT

All The Picnic Equipment And Items Used In Te Sets Belong To Posh Picnic Co. The And Is To Be Returned In The Same Condition As You Found It. Any Loss Or Damage To The Equipment Will Be Charged For Accordingly. Some Stains To Linen And Equipment Are To Be Excepted And Will Be Cleaned Accordingly, Anything That Requires Professional Cleaning Could Result In Additional Charges.

RESCHEDULING

If You Wish To Reschedule Due To Other Circumstances, We Will Require A Minimum Of 72 Hours’ Notice And Must Be Approved By Posh Picnic Co. A Rescheduling Fee Of $25 Will Apply If Less Than 24 Hours Are Given.

All Picnics Are Non-refundable And May Only Be Rescheduled.
