How much notice do you need to create a picnic?

The more notice you give the better

What does my picnic include ?

We currently include picnic packages that include 2-20 people, all of our packages include: seating, decor, dried florals choice of sparkling water, or flat water.

Do you stay during our picnic?

No, we come, set up, and leave you to enjoy your picnic. We return 10 minutes before the end time to pack up.

What happens if we are done before the end time on our reservation?

We ask that you give us 30 min heads up to get to the location, send us a text message or call to let us know you are wrapping up. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE SET UNATTENDED.

Ho do we select a location?

We scout out possible location preferences prior to make sure it’s feasible 

Do you need a permit to picnic in the park?

In some locations yes, we will find out the logistics relating to permits before we confirm a location.

What happen to our picnic if its calling for rain?

We keep an eye on the weather leading up to your picnic and if Mother Nature is not on our side, we will offer a reschedule date valid for 3 months from the date of your reservation. There is no charge for rescheduling due to bad weather.

Can we cancel our picnic/event?

We ask that you give us at least 72 hours notice for any cancellations, anything under 72 hours is subject to a $25 fee. Although we don’t provide refunds, we understand that sometimes things happen and will be happy to reschedule your event based on availability.

Currently, we are servicing Burlington, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, and Niagara Regions with plans to expand in the future.
